Charlotte Cars and Coffee: April 2017
Although April Cars and Coffee was a bit iffy, they packed the place. This was the last event at the current location and a new location will be unveiled soon. I’m sure the numbers will not suffer. Charlotte Cars and Coffee is always such a huge event and quite diverse as far as makes and models go, there is always something unique, rare and different. It gets crazy if you arrive after 8:30am, finding a spot is tough and it can be hard to navigate the crowds of humans. Hopefully the new location will allow Charlotte Cars and Coffee to really hit its potential. At any point, I always find something awesome and this month awesome is an understatement. The 1970 Rampage Camaro by the Roadster Shop definitely stole the show last weekend. Basically a road legal racecar, this Camaro was not built just to impress, but to go really fast! It has a 7.0L 740hp Thomson Racing Engines crate motor wit all the supporting mods to make this monster scream. Obviously there was a ton of cool stuff there, the usual supercars, classics, enthusiast groups and much more!
