The Meltdown Vintage Motorcycle Show in Hendersonville, North Carolina is one of my favorite shows to visit and one of the few remaining shows nearby that allow modern vintage entries. Hendersonville is just south of Asheville along the Blue Ridge Mountain range and home to some of the best riding roads on the east coast. The show is put on on by Ton Up Club Highlands chapter and brings an eclectic mix of motorcycles from all over despite a heavy Cafe Racer and vintage British influence. I love the vibe here, the ride up through the mountains and the chill nature of this show. They moved the show this year to the Hendersonville airport to accommodate more bikes and bigger crowds.
